Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as a Home Health PRN Physical Therapist and

position offers the flexibility of a PRN schedule, allowing you to
provide direct patient care in home settings based on clients'
personalized needs. You will be working at varied locations to
serve our communities through one-on-one patient interactions,
assessing their physical conditions and creating treatment plans.

to achieving superior patient outcomes. Evaluate and assess patient
health and physical condition Develop tailored treatment plans
based on patient needs and doctor’s orders Implement physical
therapy interventions as appropriate for the patient’s condition,
including training in exercises, therapies, and use of devices and
equipment Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as
needed Educate patients and their families about health maintenance
and disease prevention Coordinate with other healthcare providers
to ensure comprehensive care Strong skills in physical therapy
assessments and treatments Excellent patient interaction and
communication skills Ability to handle a flexible schedule Capable
of managing multiple patient cases Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid physical
therapy license Current CPR certification Other certifications
related to specializations within physical therapy are a plus
