Doctor of Medicine | Gastroenterology Location: Lexington, KY Employer: Curative Pay: $525 to $550 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Gastroenterology MD in Lexington, Kentucky, 40504! Locums Gastroenterology coverage is available in Kentucky with a block schedule and dedicated GI APP support-an excellent option if you want concentrated work blocks with time off between. Highlights Block scheduling: 7-on/7-off with an ongoing need (dates still available) Inpatient-focused assignment with adult patients Strong support model: 3 inpatient APPs dedicated to GI (assist in endoscopy and on floors/ED) Open to IMLC physicians and the team will wait for a Kentucky license Practice Setting Inpatient GI coverage Adult patient population Consultations with ED coverage included Typical daily volume noted at 10-20 patients/day Schedule 24-hour call coverage with inpatient responsibilities Approximately 14 days per month needed 7-on/7-off structure-plan around your existing commitments Ongoing PRN/temporary coverage need with near-term start potential Cases and Procedures Inpatient rounding and GI consults ED consult coverage as part of call Procedures are included during the coverage period Requirements MD/DO Board Certified in Gastroenterology Kentucky license required (will wait for license) Open to Interstate Medical License (IMLC) physicians Travel Accommodations Travel and lodging details available-ask for the current options and process Credentialing support provided to help you get started as soon as possible Streamlined onboarding guidance for locums clinicians Interested in the KY GI 7-on/7-off blocks?
