NPs/PAs needed for Occ Med/Urgent care in Indianapolis!

SPECIALTY: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN

JOB TYPE: LOCUMS

DESCRIPTION:

Shift Times: 24/7 clinic with needs in January and ongoing with needs for all shifts
Indianapolis Airport Area
Full office staff
Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care clinics
Average 20 Patients per day

Shifts: 1/2-5, 1/8-10, 1/15-17, 1/22-24, 1/29-31 3p-11p shifts

1/2-5, 1/8-10, 1/15-p-7a shifts

REQUIRED:

1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
IN State License
DEA
BLS

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
Malpractice insurance provided
