Job DescriptionNada is looking for an Executive Sous Chef! Boca

team's main responsibility is to develop culinary staff, uphold
standards, and deliver consistently flavorful dishes for our
guests. This job is focused on teaching traditional techniques,
while using the best products available. We focus on teaching,
learning, and push to obsess over details. Executive Sous Chef
Responsibilities:+ Developing a cohesive team by assisting the
Executive Chef in recruiting, hiring, and training of line, prep,
and dishwasher employees. +Supervising 1-2 Sous Chefs.+Act as
Executive Chef in his/her absent.+ Supervising 2-20 person team to
ensure food preparation and recipe execution.+Building/Maintaining
FOH-BOH communication.+ Managing BOH employee schedules and
delegating work duties for employees.+ Conducting pre-meals & other
educational seminars with FOH employees.+ Purchasing ingredients &
managing inventory. + Ensuring Health Department regulations are
enforced by maintaining high standards for security, safety,
cleanliness, and sanitation.+Training and development of sous chefs
and line cooks. Qualifications:+ 2 years executive sous chef
experience in fast paced from-scratch kitchens+ Ability to drive
operational execution from prep to service. + Experience in hiring,
training, and mentoring a diverse hourly staff+ Experience with
budgeting and costing.+ Excellent meat/fish butchery skills +
