Job Description:

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a 1st shift Concierge operation specialist position in Cincinnati, OH. This is a temporary contract position! The Concierge facilitate all experience bookings and payments while coordinating with experience providers and internal teams. The Concierge is responsible for accurate documentation and records of all experiences. Responsibilities for the booking specialist include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the internal team to book experiences and ensure all details are accurate and within budget
• Manage coordination with experience providers, including but not limited to processing reservations, payment facilitation, confirming details prior to the experience
• Collate all reservation details and documents into a final confirmation with all important information to prepare the Blueboard Recipient for the experience
• Execute a quality assurance check for all experiences weekly to ensure bookings and payments were facilitated accurately Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Strong Communication, both verbal and written
• Task oriented
• Excellent computer skills, speedy type test
• Knowledge of Google Suite
