Job Description:
We're looking for someone who has outstanding communication and
customer service skills to work alongside our staff as the
restaurant shift manager. You'll be in charge of overseeing
restaurant operations during your shifts, which includes scheduling
staff and distributing assignments to restaurant employees. As a
shift manager, you'll also be responsible for greeting and serving
customers, dealing with client complaints, and assuring compliance
with all food and beverage safety rules. If you bring excellent
organizational and team management skills and have previous food

Responsibilities:
Instruct the staff on safety procedures, customer service best
practices, and restaurant cleanliness requirements
Cover the duties of crew members who are unable to work their
shifts
Delegate activities to employees and make sure they are executed
efficiently and successfully
Respond to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and polite
manner
Schedule shifts, train and oversee restaurant employees to boost
productivity levels and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED
Prior food service experience is required, as well as the ability
to perform different restaurant employee roles
Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and
problem-solving skills
Must have prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant
supervisory role
Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
