Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a seasoned Dining Services Manager to oversee
and elevate the dining operations at our diverse client sites. This
role calls for a dynamic leader with a passion for culinary
excellence and a proven track record in food service management.
The Dining Services Manager will ensure consistent quality and
service standards are met while aligning with Aramark's commitment
to innovation and excellence. This position will supervise daily
food service operations, design menus, manage budgets, enforce
health and safety standards, and lead a team to provide exceptional
dining experiences. Oversee daily operations of dining services
including staffing, food preparation, and quality control. Develop
and implement menus that satisfy client needs and preferences while
maintaining nutritional standards. Manage food and labor costs
within budgetary guidelines. Ensure compliance with health, safety,
and sanitation standards. Train and mentor staff on best practices
in food service management. Conduct performance reviews and manage
employee relations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure
timely supply of quality ingredients and materials. Handle customer
feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction. Strong
leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage
budgets and control costs Adaptability and problem-solving
capabilities Capability to work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards Medical
