Job Overview Come join our fast paced and growing team at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), supporting our exciting portfolio of diverse beverage brands to drive growth initiatives on a premier customer - Kroger. This position is located in downtown Cincinnati - in close proximity to Kroger's General Office and within walking distance of a tremendous amount of amenities and dining options. OVERVIEW: As the Sales Analyst III, you will support the Kroger Sales office by deriving actionable insights from various data sets (point of sale, inventory, shipment and ad hoc analysis as needed.) You will support the business plan by working closely with our cross functional teams (Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Category Management, Sales Ops) to deliver superior analysis, recommendations, and process enhancement as we strive to build a High Performance Team. The prime candidate for this role should have consumer product/retail grocery experience. You should have advanced skills in Microsoft office products including PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables), and be experienced working with Market 6, 84.51 and IRI data. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Provide key analysis of sales data to drive insights and strategic recommendations, both internally and externally. •Use advanced understanding & application of industry practices, techniques, and standards to achieve objectives. •Intuitively identify trends that lead to strategy-setting insights. •Demonstrate developing ability to recognize strategy options and recommend a solution. •Develop solutions to a variety of problems of advanced scope and complexity. REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3 years of experience, or a Master's degree and a minimum 2 years of experience, in sales, category, business analytics or related field. -Prefer experience in "Fortune 500" company, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries -Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy while proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and syndicated data systems (Nielsen, IRI). -Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence -Ability to complete projects and organize work independently. -Experience developing business recommendations that contribute to maximizing sales plans and customer support. -Demonstrated success in sales, category management and/or analytics supporting key accounts. -Strong motivation with a passion for Data Management and Document Control. -Ability to travel up to 25%.
