Job Summary:



The Bilingual Customer Loyalty Representative will support independent contractors (Consultants) and clients across the nation by speaking BOTH English and Spanish. They are responsible for researching and recommending product information; tracking and following up on orders; and coaching Consultants on their day-to-day direct sales business operations.

  • Promotes excellence by providing superior service to all Consultants and customers.
  • Responsible for establishing rapport with each and every Consultant and providing them with a high level of knowledgeable support.
  • Consistently completes the full cycle of a service call, which includes:




    • Greeting and establishing a positive rapport with each caller, actively and attentively listening; and providing excellent follow through and follow up.



    • Take on and act immediately on complaints by using customer-oriented telephone techniques and providing options and solutions for the Consultant or customer.
    • With the help of the Customer Service Manager, is responsible for making business decisions that adhere to the companys policies and missions.
    • Use comparative analysis skills to identify appropriate solutions for each customer.
    • Will maneuver within various order processing and tracking systems.

    • Acts as product knowledge expert who can explain the features and benefits of our products.
    • Will be point of contact for all Spanish speaking Consultants and customers.
    • Translates daily sales, specials, and other material that needs to be written in Spanish.

        Work Environment:



        This is not a typical call center position in which every call is cookie cutter. Office environment where you would be sitting at a desk working/typing on a computer. 7-8 hours using various computer programs daily while concurrently on the phone with Consultants and customers.

        Required Education and Experience:






        • 2 or more years in Sales/Call Center/Phone support role, supporting external and internal customers.
        • Previous inside sales, recruiting, or direct sales experience a plus.
        • Working knowledge and experience within the following Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel

        • Must be fluent in BOTH English and Spanish (oral and written communication skills). Must have the ability to translate emails, written communication, etc. into English. Convert that from English to Spanish in a flyer form.




          • Strong conversational phone skills, and experience working with customers.

          • Solid knowledge of basic math principals/functions.
          • Solid understanding of proper grammar usage, sentence structure with average (or above average) spelling skills
