We're looking for a versatile, hard-working, and talented Recruiter who is passionate about our brand to join our team in Hebron, KY.

What is the job?

The Recruiter will work closely with managers and leadership to ensure hiring needs are being met. In addition, they will successfully build talent pipelines and contribute to an outstanding candidate experience. They will engage in full cycle recruitments including job postings, sourcing, screening and interviewing. An ideal candidate is someone who is a charismatic and collaborative people-person who is tenacious, creative and can help Spring navigate through the highly competitive market.

What You'll Do...

• Partner with leadership teams to understand specific hiring needs
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates
• Build and own a pipeline and candidate pool for non-technical positions
• Interview and screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, job match, etc.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database
• Actively participate in providing feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting operations
