The Payroll Specialist is responsible for full-cycle payroll
tasks. - The Payroll Specialist's responsibilities include
collecting/reviewing employee work hours, calculating wages,
processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll
records. This is an integral role and will serve as the central
point of contact for inquiries and issues across a multi-site
manufacturing company. This position is full time, Monday-Friday. -

Compiles payroll data such as hours worked, commissions, bonuses,
incentive pay, and processes deduction of payroll taxes,
garnishments, levies, and insurance to be withheld from time sheets
and other records
Prepares and enters data into ADP
Ensures payroll policies and procedures are kept current and
compliant with all legal entities.
Reviews wages and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
Records changes affecting net wages such as exemptions and
Keeps records of leave pay and nontaxable wages
Administers the pay card program
Administrates Attendance policy in ADP
Assists with Attendance Policy administration
Prepares and Distributes W2's
Completes all unemployment claim paperwork. Files appeals as
Works with outside vendor on employment verifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
3-6 years hands-on payroll processing experience is required.
ADP WorkforceNow and eTime experience preferred.
Certified Payroll Professional highly preferred.
