Greetings From TCS (Tata Consultancy Services),Looking for "Trainer" for our organization.Role - TrainerRole - Fulltime (Onsite)Location - Cincinnati, OHExperience range: 3 - 5 YearsJob Description:1. Trainers will have the overall responsibility of preparing new hire Agents and Supervisors with the level of knowledge and development necessary to deliver exceptional Post Repossession Services. 2. A Trainer must demonstrate on-going mastery of the client Business Rules. 3. A Trainer must have knowledge of the call center and/or administrative operations, along with proficiency in the use of Systems and resources ("Training Content"). 4. All Trainers are always expected to meet standards of professionalism, as detailed in the Business Rules during provision of Services. 5. Must be notified within thirty (30) days of any new Trainers assigned to the client portfolio. 6. Post client onboarding, Trainers must demonstrate the ability to effectively and accurately deliver all Training Content pursuant to the Business Rules. Should any Supplier Trainer be deemed unqualified in client reasonable opinion in conjunction with its guidelines, Supplier will provide an acceptable alternate resource (with comparable experience and credentials) at no additional cost or expense to client. 7. Trainers should be tenured in their role with a minimum of three (3) years' experience or with reasonable experience as mutually agreed for specific profiles, delivering Training Content and shall demonstrate the following: - Strong organization and time management skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage new hires - Open communication with client training team and revise materials as necessary when requested - Ability to keep abreast of adult learning trends - Ability to remain effective in a virtual training environment (i.e. using Microsoft Teams) as well as in-person training - Ability to provide support and mentoring for new hire Agents while conducting an evaluation and identifying areas where improvements are needed - Ability to remain compliant with Company's Business Rules during trainings
