to $65000.00 yearlyEssential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage
and drive the recruiting lifecycle: source, assess candidates,
manage the interview process, debrief with hiring department and
assist with candidate selection.2. Create strong long-term
relationships with sourcing networks and candidates. Ensure all key
partners and unselected candidates have a positive experience at
all stages of engagement. Maintain the ATS candidate files for
future database management.3. Continuously refine strategic
recruiting plans based on business needs and labor market
conditions. Promote diverse hiring and pipeline development.
Collaborate with HR Director on team composition, culture, job
descriptions and strategy.4. Work closely with hiring managers to
identify recruiting needs, source the best applicants to fill
vacancies and support ongoing workforce planning initiatives.5.
Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews or phone screens with
potential hires; demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager
needs and advancing the best candidates for further
consideration.6. Analyze existing talent acquisition procedures and
develop new methods of sourcing great candidates (i.e. job boards,
resume databases, detail oriented networks, etc).7. Optimize Paycor
applicant tracking system, as well as candidate relationship
management systems and software to streamline recruiting
processes.8. Develop resources for, organize and attend traditional
and virtual job fairs, as needed.9. Ensure compliance with company
staffing policy and government regulatory guidelines (EEO and fair
hiring practices)10. Manage Paycor Learning Management system to
support the recruiting life cycle as well as employee growth and
development.11. Travel to other division locations as needed.
