Global Talent Mobility Associate Director will partner with the
business to deliver competitive, compliant and affordable mobility
programs with care while ensuring a positive employee experience.
In partnership with the current Global Talent Mobility Associate
Director, this role has responsibility for Lilly’s international
talent mobility programs with fiduciary ownership of $90MM
strategic business, impacting 500 employees and their families each
year. This role is comprised of the following key elements:
Strategic collaboration with various partners Oversight, design,
and management of inbound international assignments for the United
States and Puerto Rico (PR). This includes long-term and short-term
assignments (LTA/STA), commuter arrangements, and support for
accompanying partners. Responsibilities specific to US inbound
programs include permanent international transfers (PIT),
localizations, and international new hires. Vendor management
services such as relocation consulting, relocation logistics, and
immigration Operational excellence and continuous improvement As a
key contact for these programs, the Associate Director must network
across a broad array of partners, including internal and external
talent mobility peers, US and international HR business partners,
Talent Acquisition, Finance, Corporate Tax, Legal, and various
vendors. Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and consultation
to HR business partners and line management on the philosophy and
application of mobility programs. Lead all aspects of the mobility
programs for employees internationally relocating to the US and PR
coordinated by outsourced providers. Ensure efficient and
transparent service delivery, resulting in high employee
satisfaction and positive employee experience. Research and resolve
issues raised to the Global Talent Mobility team and ensure root
cause is determined with appropriate actions put in place. Serve as
the subject matter expert for the programs, making key program
decisions. Educate outsourced relocation service providers on
Lilly’s purpose, culture, values, and overall mobility program
philosophy. Ensure a shared understanding of our policy elements to
maintain consistency and alignment with our organizational goals.
Stay informed about external market trends in mobility by reviewing
pertinent mobility information from external providers, networking
with industry peers, and participating in industry surveys. Drive
innovative program enhancements to ensure competitiveness,
compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Lead and implement change
management initiatives to support these improvements. Drive
continuous improvement of the international assignee processes –
troubleshoot and resolve issues; identify challenges and simplify
and streamline the process. Administer finance process for
international mobility programs including the centralized billing
process – respond to inquiries from global affiliates, global
business solutions and/or vendors. Ensure supplier invoices are
accurate and sent for payment in a timely manner, in compliance
with Lilly’s financial practices and policies. Partner with
outsourced vendor for timely delivery of annual cost estimates to
Finance as part of the business planning process. Oversee US Fleet
process by partnering with Lilly US Fleet Operations and various
vendors. Manage partnership between various suppliers such as
outsourced relocation vendor with Lilly travel services vendor and
timely resolve any process concerns. Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s
degree with 5 years experience in HR, Finance, or Mobility or
Associate’s degree with 10 years experience in HR, Finance or
Mobility Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the
United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $122,250 -
$179,300 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
