Who We're Looking For!...A PowerApps Developer for a direct full-time opportunity with our client located in Florence, KY or Grafton, WI.Position Summary:This person will administrate, configure, and enhance this company's global Microsoft CRM solution and other applications.--You will accomplish this through requirements gathering, analysis and solution design, development and configuration using Power Platform technologies, validating solution quality, and managing expectations of internal associates.--As this company's Power Platform expert, you will remain current in Microsoft's product offering and provide guidance and thought leadership to internal business units for specific solutions as well as lead the organizations strategy in driving productivity and improved customer relationships through this core tool set.--You will be responsible for supporting the adoption Power Platform solutions by this company's associates globally.Major Responsibilities:-- Works with management, consultants, and end users to document business objectives and detailed requirements for CRM enhancements and other Power App-based applications.-- Implements system enhancements and new Power Apps and ensures proper testing prior to rollout.-- Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing CRM applications, programs and reports.-- Integrates software, develops external interfaces and maintains technical documentation.-- Support business teams to identify potential areas for digitization / automation and implement required solutions to improve productivity.-- Works with business process owners to make existing processes more effective by rethinking, simplifying and redesigning them.-- Serve as a Microsoft CRM and Power Platform champion for this company's global businesses, especially Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow), and provides this company's colleagues with training, data strategy, and best practices.-- Drives user adoption of this company's CRM solution and Microsoft Power Platform tools by identifying champions within the company and leads an internal community to increase engagement.-- Serves as the liaison between Microsoft's Business Applications practice and this company to be at the forefront of the latest developments in Business Applications and evaluates them to understand potential areas for improvement.Required Education / Experience / Skills:-- Bachelor's degree (business or technology concentration preferred).-- 1-2 years of experience designing and developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows (Power BI experience also preferred).-- Strong familiarity with Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and experience developing both model-driven apps and canvas apps using its data.-- Demonstrated experience configuring and enhancing Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.-- Knowledge of Power Platform licensing plans, sharing, and publishing.-- Demonstrated experience with Power Platform environments, governance, and management of Power Platform admin center.-- Experience designing/developing solutions that span multiple Office 365 services.-- Ability to work cross functionally with a focus on developing the best long-term solution for the business.Travel: Minimal travel for conferences and visits between office locationsLanguage:--EnglishClient is only seeking candidates eligible for W2.About our Client-Our client is a leading manufacturer of electric motors and controls, power generation products and power transmission products serving customers throughout the world.
