Job Title: Informatica developer/Admin Production support
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)
Contract


Role/Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Understand the project scope functionality of the applications.
  
• Able to provide the Production Support and monitoring of the jobs in Production and to troubleshoot the issues quickly and provide the analysis to client and fix the code on need basis.
  
• Should be strong in ETL Tool such as Informatica and Oracle preferably in SQL.
  
• Able to understand the performance issues and fix them on priority.
  
• Willing to work in late hours and Weekend On-call Support on need basis.
  
• Able to understand the release process deployment process and work with deployment team for delivery of the components.
  
• Understand the Kanban process and provide the update on the client calls regularly.
  
• Able to understand the mapping flow functional flow and program flow based on the documents available for the applications.
  
• Understand project standards, SLAs and KPIs.
  
• Update the Knowledge Repository with appropriate information regularly.
  
• Work closely with other team members in the project to address any issues related to delivery.
  
• Providing daily status to the reporting manager.
  
• Provide the KT to new team members and assist them to onboard in Client network asap.
  
• Effective communication and close coordination with Client.
  
• Provide the Knowledge Transfer to new team members and assist them to onboard in Client network asap.
  
• Perform Debt analysis for recurring failures and eliminate through problem management by prioritizing them in agreement with GAIG.
  
• Ensure proper documentation is compiled and handed over/stored by the team.
  
• Adopt to new technology like IDMC, Snowflake etc.
  
• Non-Production environments.
  
• Able to deliver the enhancements which is coming from the business team and develop the code accordingly as per the standard process and generate the Unit Test result.
