Technology Consulting Manager (Accenture LLP; Cincinnati, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Consulting Manager in Cincinnati, OH, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Advise, lead, and work on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle and provide advisory work for the IT function.
  • Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure, and implement complex technology solutions for the client.
  • Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand.
  • Deliver advisory services in support of technology-enabled business change, i.e., package & third party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture studies and/or program diagnostics and recovery.
  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Supervise a team of computer systems analysts.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

    Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

    • Designing processes and systems within SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC using SAP Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) module;
    • Consulting experience in commodities trading, risk management, logistics, execution, inventory management, financial controlling, and accounting;
    • Designing and implementing Best Practice SAP Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) solutions for agriculture industry customers;
    • Mapping business processes and architecture for SAP using Commodity Price Engine (CPE), Business Rule Framework plus (BRF+) and Traders and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW);
    • Designing, solutioning, and configuring processes to meet customer requirements in SAP related modules, including Commodity Management (CM), Treasure Management Risk (TRM), Agricultural Contract Management and Global Trading Management (GTM);
    • Preparing functional and technical specifications, estimates, and solution documentations to support work completed for CTRM; and
    • Innovating and implementing Core SAP using Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to incorporate BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Enhancements, functional modules, creating tables, and form development.

      Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
