The ideal candidate will collaborate with partners and associates on complex estate, trust, and wealth preservation matters, serving high-net-worth individuals and families. This position offers hybrid flexibility, meaningful client interaction, and growth within one of the nation’s most respected legal networks. What You’ll Do • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney • Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies • Collaborate with partners on trust administration and wealth transfer planning • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate planning issues • Support clients with probate filings and estate administration • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables Experience You’ll Need • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school • 2–3 years of estate planning experience in private practice or boutique firm • Active Kentucky Bar License (or eligibility to waive in) • Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and trust law • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
