Job Description:

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is seeking a skilled Litho Press Operator to join our print media division, focused on supporting the organization's mission through the production of high-quality printed materials. As a key player in our production team, you will operate lithographic presses to produce educational and promotional materials, which play a crucial role in our outreach and developmental programs globally. This role requires precision and a dedication to quality, as well as a passion for supporting humanitarian and sustainable development initiatives. Set up and operate sheet-fed or web lithography machines. Monitor print runs for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on the press to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. Manage inventory of supplies and order materials as needed. Adhere to all safety regulations within the print shop. Proficiency in operating and maintaining lithographic presses. Strong attention to detail and quality control abilities. Effective communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
