Requirements:What you will be doing as the Annuity Product
Specialist:* Answer inbound calls from customers in regards to
their Annuity plan. * Assist with any questions, concerns, or plan
changes.* Escalate any issues/calls appropriately.* Ensure all
calls are completed successfully and customers inquirers are
answered.What you will need as the Annuity Product Specialist:*
High School diploma or equivalent experience.* 2+ years of Customer
Service experience.* Ability to navigate multiple
programs/systems.* Call Center experience is a plus.* Financial
Services experience is a plus.* Understanding of Annuity programs
is a plus.
