Job Description:
Location: Cincinnati, OHSalary: 85,000-95-000Description: Our
client is currently seeking a Process Engineer for an industry
leader outside of Cincinnati Ohio.This job will have the following
responsibilities: * Manage process reliability throughout the
facility.* Work with customers to manage product requirements, and
implement them into production processes.* Determine process and
production needs to ensure customer product requirements can be
met.* Report opportunities to increase process efficiency* Work
closely with Engineering and Operations leadership to discuss
machine upgrades or modifications.* Work with Scheduler to ensure
Production Schedule is up to date with process changes.* Analyze
downtime causes and find opportunities to improve
them.Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree required,
BS in Engineering Preferred, experience will be considered in lieu
of Engineering Degree.* 5 + years in thin film production and web
handling.* Understanding of chemical properties within the Plastics
industry.* Firm grasp of Lean/Continuous Improvement
