We are looking for a highly motivated scientist to conduct advanced research and development (R&D) to improve delivery knowledge, build delivery capabilities, and discover breakthrough technologies!The candidate needs profound understanding of the delivery technology landscape and their values, to assist with identifying and delivering innovative solutions for highly challenging actives. He/she will both lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in other functions to ensure timely execution of projects.Job requirements

• Lead innovation/capability projects with execution excellence
• Ensure that technical approaches are novel and rational
• Conduct quality R&D with tangible value or knowledge
• Deliver innovative and effective solutions to support business growth
• Engage with multifunction teams for synergy
• Protect and manage intellectual propertiesSkills and proficiencies
  • PhD in food chemistry or related field, with 5+ years of experience
  • Extensive experience in delivery technologies for nutrients, probiotics, flavors, and colors
  • Probiotic experience preferred
  • Leadership and experience in project management
  • Passion and track record in driving R&D efficiency and delivering results
