Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for staffing and personnel development, including recruitment, orientation, on-the-job training, and continued growth and development of the employees; other management staff, Cashiers, Drivers, Maintenance Techs, Mechanic, and Marketing Rep. Serve as the primary contact for payroll including user access requests, PTO adjustments, etc. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed in the facility. Maintain positive customer relations and addresses customer concerns. Ensure all safety standards and guidelines are followed. Process claims by gathering information to determine liability exposure and coordinate return-to-work efforts. Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment including the proper operation of company equipment. Hold mechanic accountable for the condition of the fleet and preventive maintenance; setting up vendors, purchasing fuel, tracking shuttle hours and mileage. Ensure the property is maintained in accordance with company expectations. Plan activities regarding the construction and maintenance of assigned facility and systems. Obtain estimates for repairs, purchases, and professional services. Develop and administer the budgeting and expenses for the facility. Complete account reconciliations and analysis. Report information to investment entities in accordance with company policies. Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and facility performance. Attend company meetings, conferences, etc. as instructed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a similar role, two of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multifunctional staff required Facilities management experience preferred A valid state drivers license with a current address and acceptable driving record required Competencies: Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, and property Knowledge of business and management principles involved in coordination of people and resources Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology Competent in conflict and crisis management Excellent time and project management skills Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented Interact effectively with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization Desire and drive to be proactive and take ownership of the team and processes Strong supervisory and leadership skills Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, training, labor relations, and personnel information systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Honest and ethical Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences Actively looking for ways to help others Determining causes of operation errors and deciding what to do about it Pleasant with others, good-natured, cooperative attitude Reliable, responsible, and dependable Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the spelling and meaning of words Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear.
