Responsibilities

Our HR team is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Generalist to assist with full-cycle talent management, from Recruiting to Learning & Development. Some of the tasks for the HR Generalist will be: assisting with our employee recognition program (ACE), assisting with our efficiency program (LEAN), assisting with all aspects of recruiting while managing positions of their own, and collaborating and organizing some training aspects.

Featured Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Talent Managers in reviewing resumes and pre-screening candidates
  • Coordinate pre-boarding and on-boarding for new hires
  • Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation (live and virtual sessions)
  • Assist with HR marketing/communications as needed (i.e. employment branding material, creating training materials. etc)
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Prepare and distribute course information
  • Communicate various training initiatives for learners/instructors/leadership (i.e. invitations for participants, attendance, follow-up, etc.)
  • Maintain employee training records in HRIS system
  • Manage tuition reimbursement program
  • Coordinate and schedule annual compliance trainings
  • Contribute to other HR initiatives as needed

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; high level of detailed-mindedness required
  • Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects and initiatives
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in facilitation preferred (ILT & Virtual)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR field preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in HR related field

The schedule of this position will be Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM and will work out of our Corporate office at 211 Grandview Drive Florence, KY 41042.
