Our team is looking for an energetic individual who enjoys taking on challenges and following through with robust solutions to support Engine Calibration as the Business Process Lead!

The Business Process Lead is the administrator of Global Calibration Management System (GCMS) tools for the Global Engine Calibrator sector and works cross-functionally with other sectors around the globe to maintain consistency in the calibration process! They interface regularly with Transmission, Electrification, Active Safety, Chassis, Dyno teams as well as with our partners in Brazil, Korea, and China. Additionally, they have influence on our future processes relative to safety, training, and program execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Test new CRETA and CalCheck versions, release updated CRETA tools to calibrators.
  • General troubleshooting of CRETA, Calibration Management Website, Consistency Checks, Cal Check .
  • Maintain and Train teams on Process of Engineering Stages tool & Calibration Process
  • Work with System Safety on the Safety Critical Validation Process
  • Admin of calibration management tools (CRETA, Calibration Management Website, Consistency Check, etc.)
  • Keeps sector moving to the GCMS process and helps define that process.
  • Support global calibration business administrators in each sector and region.
  • Conducts Consistency Check error summary reports and follow up for sector.
  • Cal Check database updates
  • Supports software factory and CalCheck teams
  • Maintain and implement new calibration management processes & IT features

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related Engineering degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical and/or engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of calibration processes
  • In-depth knowledge of calibration management tools such as CRETA and CalCheck
  • Ability to prioritize when faced with conflicting tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters of Science in Engineering
  • 2 years of Engine Calibration experience
  • Experience in leading indirect teams
