Description:The Customer Care Representative will be providing support to the Customer Care Team with the following duties: 1. Expedite and follow-ups on orders with production2. Review Orders3. Answer general technical product and inventory questions4. Process material returns (authorizations)5. Answer general questions regarding pricing and availability of products 6. Handle customer questions and concerns (coordinate with other departments when necessary)7. Act as the liaison between internal teams (credit, production, etc.)8. Send weekly shipment reportsSchedule: 8-5 Monday to FridayAdditional Skills & Qualifications:1. ERM System experience - PREFERRED 2. Customer Service Experience (retail OR call center)3.
