Job SummaryWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive to join our growing Client Services team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, empathic, detail-oriented, organized team player with a proven track record at digital marketing agencies.As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all current and emerging client needs are met across multiple projects and clients. You will be driving forward the day-to-day work on the brand and work closely within a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, developers, and partner agencies.
As part of the Client Services team, youll also collaborate with the client to identify the brands needs, help make data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations, document the decisions, communicate them to the team, and own the final delivery of all digital projects.You will be responsible for supporting client relationships and helping your Client Services team drive organic growth within your client portfolio. To achieve this, youll have to understand the science behind the product, the brands commercial strategy, and the digital strategy that will drive client revenue and growth. Job DetailsAs a Senior Account Executive, you will: Support client accounts with supervision across all agency digital projects, including digital strategy, customer experience, creative development, website and digital asset design, analytics, SEO, PPC, omni-channel marketing, and performance reporting Ensure that clients are delighted with every project delivery Build client relationships and manage expectations, while moving the work through the agency and client teams Build relationships with partner agency leads to ensure optimal collaboration Partner with the project management team to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery Maintain ongoing project status with project management by maintaining project status documents Participate in internal and external status meetings Write clear, concise emails, status reports, and conference reports Manage the legal, regulatory, and medical review process Support and work collaboratively with the rest of the account team to drive organic growth and facilitate client relationships
Job Requirements 4+ years of experience in a digital agency environment, ideally in the healthcare/pharma industry Digital marketing experience with an understanding of customer experience, analytics, SEO, PPC, web development, and omni-channel marketing Proven track record of supporting the delivery of large-scale projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelors degree in a related discipline Committed to learning and self-directed professional growth Detail-oriented, flexible, and a team player Other DutiesPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
