Business Development Representative

Tava Health is a full-stack mental health platform, giving employers the opportunity to offer the unique benefit of comprehensive mental health care to their employees. As a BDR at Tava you will:

  • Work closely with sales executives to help create and execute pipeline growth plans
  • Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research
  • Qualify inbound leads and follow up from sources such as client referrals, marketing campaigns, and website inquiries
  • Become a mental health expert and participate in educating partner companies on the value of investing in the emotional well-being of their employees
  • Take ownership over improving and creating various sales-related processes
  • Become a CRM specialist who tracks, analyzes, and reports on sales activities and KPIs

      Your qualifications:
      • 1+ year of prospecting experience in an outbound B2B environment
      • A proven track record of success in generating qualified sales leads
      • Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management tools
      • Familiarity with the health insurance/employee benefits landscape (would be nice, but not necessary)

        This full-time position offers the opportunity for stock options and commission. Day-to-day work is currently being done remotely.
