We are seeking a Scheduling and Services Coordinator to assist in the scheduling of technicians by geographic territory with an eye toward efficiency to ensure resources are being most effectively utilized and routes are continually optimized. This position also handles customer inquiries from homeowners, and addresses all concerns related to their project with poise and confidence. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling technicians--- service calls by geographic territory utilizing online tools and programs. Entering job and customer information in our database. Answering customer inquiries and assisting them with a variety of requests in a friendly, helpful and confident manner. Surveying customers and recording their responses. Handling a variety of administrative duties such as filing, faxing, completing forms/paperwork. Skills and Abilities: Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously. Sound decision-making, problem-solving and analytical abilities and decisiveness when needing to to select among alternative courses of action. Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside the organization. Keen attention to detail Ability to perform well under pressure and effectively handle customer concerns. Highly organized with strong ability to think and act systematically. Strong technical skills and proficiency with online services, databases and systems Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field, desired Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems, with the ability to learn additional computer software systems.
