**Work for a company that truly values you and your growth!!****4, 10hr shifts, Friday, Saturday, Sunday off!** Hourly : $15-18/hr (willing to train) Hours : 1st shift Mon-Thurs: 5:45am-4:30pm (4, 10's). Occasional overtime. Benefits : Medical, dental, 401k match up to 6%, Generous PTO, & Paid Holidays. Responsibilities : --- Prepare work to be accomplished by examining routing instructions, manufacturing drawings, part list (bill of material) and identifying proper tools and materials required. Ensure proper powder colors and textures are being utilized. --- Weigh powder paint before and after powder coating process. Log usage on job router accordingly --- Set up and maintain powder coating equipment to ensure quality results --- Mask and plug parts per drawings and/or specifications --- Clean and prepare parts as required for powder coating. May include sanding / grinding parts at times. --- Strategically hang parts on powder line(s), and mobile paint racks. --- Efficiently apply powder paint to parts with high quality finish --- Perform paint adhesion test(s) on completed parts --- Remove parts from line / racks, verify quality is good and securely stack / package when complete. Make sure counts are accurate. --- Inform paint lead of any quality concerns observed --- Properly clock in and out of each job processed via data collection hardware (Start time and stop time). Physically sign off on job routers once work has been completed for applicable work center. --- Assist (as needed) with tasks such as daily administration of the shop, routine maintenance, cleaning of shop equipment, etc. --- Assist Continuous Improvement and 6S efforts --- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed --- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills including ability to promptly give and follow directions when working with others --- Experience using calipers, tape measure, and various shop tools --- Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time --- Flexible and dependable. Able to switch areas instantly if needed. --- Track individual and/or company (KPIs) / metrics. Strive for daily improvements --- Other duties as assigned .

Requirements:
--- High school diploma or Equivalent --- 1-2 years' powder coating experience --- Ability to interpret manufacturing blueprints / drawings / layouts --- Must be able to effectively solve problems and troubleshoot --- Flexible and adaptable to customer and business changes --- Must be able to communicate well with employees, department leads and senior management --- Must be able to manage time wisely --- Assures compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures and with applicable federal, State, and local codes, OSHA regulations and requirements PM20 PI177043940
