Throughout each real estate purchase transaction there are changing
issues and multiple parties to keep informed. Effective
communication through email and phone are essential for a pleasant
real estate transaction for the buyers, sellers, and realtors.
After a file is reviewed, prepared, and all parties have been
brought together, you will experience enjoyable and satisfying
interactions with the parties at the closing table.
We all expect our customer service experiences to be as flawless as
possible and in the real estate world, the expectation is no

It's not just one file at a time. The Escrow Officer must be able
to manage multiple property transactions in different stages of the
process, all the while handling a mix of phone calls, emails, and
closings. The ability to productively organize thoughts, files, and
priorities is necessary to be a success in this role.
Once your resume is selected and you have successfully completed
the interview process you will be offered competitive compensation,

Posted hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and there
are times when our clients will need you in the office during
"afterhours", or on Saturday mornings, so overtime is available and
acceptable when necessary.
