This role will collaborate with internal (customers and sourcing category teams) and external (suppliers) stakeholders to evaluate, monitor, and improve the supplier s delivery performance and the company s progress on developing a diverse supply-base.Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities Develop and maintain a governance framework (Policies, standard operating procedures) that describes the roles/responsibilities of stakeholders involved in the process of supplier performance management / supplier diversity. Develop key metrics to assess the risk potential and delivery performance of suppliers. Drive supplier performance evaluation with stakeholders, analyze results and present findings to suppliers and internal customers. Develop and run reports to identify potential risks or root cause and propose preventive or corrective action based on the findings. Prepare reports and inform key stakeholders about risks and opportunities for improvement. Work with stakeholders to ensure that agreed improvement measures are implemented as defined. Coordinate with other functions within Strategic Sourcing and internal customers to ensure alignment of metrics and performance improvement plans. Ensure the development of a diverse supply-base, e.g., through certified suppliers, screenings, and regular reporting. Provides guidance and recommendations to category teams during the supplier lifecycle from phase in to phase out to ensure highest delivery performance from suppliers. Ensures that trends in area of responsibility are effectively monitored. Remains current on changing business needs and potential industry developments.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of prior relevant experience or In absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required. Advanced working experience with ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word). Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills to communicate with and persuade a wide range of audiences. Experience in leading and influencing cross functional teams. Self-driven individual who performs work under minimal supervision.
