Administrator for our Power Systems Division!Buckeye Power Sales
has been providing on site power solutions for businesses,
contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947,
which makes us the oldest Kohler generator distributor in the
country. We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and
generators for a wide range of power generation applications such
as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous.

Administrators are responsible for:
- Managing selling and customer service/parts activities to
optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability, and customer
satisfaction
- Resolving customer issues and maintaining a high level of
customer satisfaction
- Managing parts and inventory; submitting purchase requests;
approving department expenses
- Assuring adequate inventory of high-turn parts
- Inventory accountability of stock for warehouse and service
vehicles
- Assuring parts availability through multiple sources, securing
best pricing
- Coordinating efforts of sales, service, purchasing, and
warehouse operations
- Shipping and receiving of parts and equipment
- Providing recommendations and developing strategies on how to
improve quality and quantity of services provided
- Seeking and continuously developing knowledge and information
about competitor activity, pricing, and tactics, and communicates

Requirements:
Parts Administrator Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 yrs parts, warehouse, or retail experience desired; inventory
experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines;
willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of
generators
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with
proficiency in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel,
Outlook), data entry
- Resourceful; able to use Internet search
