We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous.       • Managing selling and customer service/parts activities to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
      • Resolving customer issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
      • Managing parts and inventory; submitting purchase requests; approving department expenses
      • Assuring adequate inventory of high-turn parts
      • Inventory accountability of stock for warehouse and service vehicles
      • Assuring parts availability through multiple sources, securing best pricing
      • Coordinating efforts of sales, service, purchasing, and warehouse operations
      • Shipping and receiving of parts and equipment
      • Providing recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of services provided

            Parts Administrator Job Requirements:
            • High School diploma or equivalent
            • 2 yrs parts, warehouse, or retail experience desired; inventory experience a plus
            • Basic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines; willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of generators
            • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
            • Excellent customer service skills
            • Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry
