Job DescriptionThe Baerlocher group of companies is one of the world's leading additive suppliers, drawing on experience from more than 190 years of company history. We are currently looking for day and night shift production operators to add to our team. Primary Responsibilities:

• Packaging of material produced on production lines, and assistance during clean-out/change-over.
• Communicate with Production Foreman and other Production Management
• Maintain a clean and safe work areaEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proper and safe operation of all production lines
  • Execute production start-ups, shutdowns, and change-overs per management's request
  • Work to meet shift production goals safely and while maintaining quality via direction from Production Management
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety/regulatory procedures (Lock-out/Tag-out, Confined Space, Wastewater, etc.)
  • Conduct in-process quality testing
  • Other duties as assignedCandidate Qualifications:
    • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
    • Knowledge of and experience with the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
    • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
    • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
    • Reliable transportationOther:
      • Pay is $17 per hour for day shift or $17.75 per hour for night shift
      • Hours: 6:30 - 6:30
