General Summary

Primary responsibility would be to help manage the Fiserv Nautilus (OnBase) system and utilize its abilities to maximize efficiencies. Work with other departments to create and maintain OnBase workflows and queues. Also responsible for helping keep the nexus between support staff, retail staff together to better serve the members.





Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Ensure the Credit Union is utilizing the full functionality of the OnBase system, both from a document storage dimension as well utilizing OnBase's workflow functionality.
  
• Help facilitate the multiple implementation projects needed to realize the complete utilization of OnBase.
  
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of OnBase.
  
• Help maintain data integration in OnBase.
  
• Work to maintain a zero-downtime tolerance.
  
• May need to be flexible for system changes off the normal schedule.
  
• Assist in maintaining OnBase software.
  
• Ensure Business Units are utilizing OnBase and other applications correctly, and as efficiently and cost effective as possible.
  
• Must understand and comply with all required federal and state regulations associated with this position.
  
• Perform Admin functions and help maintain and update different systems as needed.
  
• Completes all special projects as assigned.
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
