Grill Cook:

You will prepare each order by following standardized recipes while ensuring that proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed. You will assemble visually appealing and great tasting home-style dishes that are served hot and fresh to our servers or carryout attendants in a timely manner. You will also assist in other positions as needed.

Kitchen Prep:

Your will prepare food items to supply what is needed for the shift/day by following standardized recipes while ensuring that proper food handing and sanitation procedures are followed. You will also keep the kitchen organized throughout your shift. You will assist in thawing, labeling, and proper storage of food, packaging, and other items to ensure the success of the restaurant. You will also help in other positions as needed.

Dishwasher:

You make sure the preparation equipment, china, and silverware are clean and ready for use. You restock the areas as these items dry. You also ensure trash is taken care of, the kitchen is clean, and the lot is picked up. You will also assist in other positions as needed.

Job Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
