As a Superintendent II you will work closely with and supervise subcontractors and team members on large or multiple projects to successful outcomes. You are a key factor in ensuring the quality of our work product and the future of our workforce.Position Commitments:Job Knowledge - "Understands and has experience with the work performed."---Develop full understanding of project plans and specs.---Develop sign offs on initial project schedule prior to construction.---Identify and develop Project Checklists to be used during the project for approval by Project Lead.---Conduct pre-installation meetings with subcontractors for activities established at Project Kick-off Meeting.---Implements logistical plan for the project requirements.---Assists in solving constructability issues and document resolution.---Reviews all approved submittals and shop drawings and insures subcontractors install work in accordance with these documents.---Prepare HGC Punch Lists for subcontractors and assists with Owner Punch Lists as required.---Coordinate in-coming materials and drop points with delivery personnel.Work Product - "Amount and Quality of work produced."---Work according to set standards and produce quality outcomes.---Directs daily construction work including subcontractor questions and resolving any conflicts between subcontractors.---Manage Weekly Work Plan process and hold subs/suppliers accountable for completion and accuracy of forecasts.---Ensure all subcontractors complete their full scope of work.---Inspect all work for compliance with plans, specs and quality levels.---Walk job site several times per day to identify potential issues.---Prepare Daily Report in Procore and upload project photos daily.---Complete other sections of Procore as required.---Maintain redline drawings for any field changes made that are not documented in drawing updates.---Manage all project-related documents in a neat and orderly manner.Position Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• 10 years' experience
• Or, no degree and 15 years management experience in construction
• OSHA 30
