Job Description:
Can you quickly get to the heart of the matter by persuading
others to make a decision? We are looking for an assertive,
goal-oriented person who can build rapport quickly and does not get
intimidated easily. Do you want to be in control of your financial
future? This role is tailor-made for a true sales closer! You have
to be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and
follow up with leads. We will provide warm leads. Your job is to
speak with them, meet with them and close the deal.
The typical hours are in-office 8-5, Monday-Friday but may require
occasional time during evenings and weekends when HOT leads come
in. Tired of wasting time on cold leads? We already have a database
full of warm leads ready to close. We just need to find the right
person that can get the job done! We will provide all of the
marketing and all of the pre-vetted leads you can handle. You just
need to CLOSE!
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 estimated first-year salary
Responsibilities:
Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date
client information to the sales team
Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of
communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them
to the sales pipeline
Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and
quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
Work within your specific geography to find new business
opportunities
Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so
they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
--- Speak with sellers on the phone and in person and come up with
a solution that works for them
--- Pre-call planning - You will assess the seller's home and come
up with a price that we can offer
--- Follow up - Anyone who does not sign a contract on the first
call will be put into the CRM for you to follow up
Qualifications:
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales
position or related field
High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree
preferred
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by
car
Understand the sales process and how to enter information into
client databases
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as
interpersonal skills and time management skills

sales position
--- Ability to build rapport with sellers
