Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a full time Support and Transition Coordinator. This individual is responsible for coordination between families, community partners, and assigned campus-based program, as well as, providing crisis and transition support for clients attending the designated campus-based program. Assists team with implementation of clinical programming, while meeting regulatory standards/requirements.Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:This position requires a Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of one-year clinical experience in working with children and families.
