Job OverviewThis position provides administrative support for Executive Vice President &/or Senior Vice President; has in-depth knowledge of organizational operations, procedures and policies and personnel; works independently to plan, organize, and schedule work for self; organizes and expedites flow of work through executive office; and coordinates Board activities and other high level meetings, including preparing minutes, meeting materials, maintaining/creating agenda's and meeting scheduling. This position researches, plans, executes, and manages project based work.
