energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented Learning and Development
Business Partner to join our team! The Learning and Development
Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting the
organization's growth by designing, developing, and delivering
effective training programs. This role will involve conducting
needs analyses, developing in-person and e-learning courses,
facilitating professional development programs, and tracking the
ROI of training initiatives. If you are looking for an opportunity

Tasks:
- Design and deliver a variety of development programs, including
in-person workshops, e-learning courses, and virtual sessions, to
meet the diverse needs of the organization's employees.
- Identify and assess learning and development needs through
surveys, interviews, focus groups, needs analyses, and
communication with managers, instructors, and customer
representatives, ensuring that learning initiatives align with the
organization's strategic objectives.
- Work closely with department heads and managers to understand
the specific training requirements for their current team and
develop tailored solutions to meet these needs.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of learning events,
such as conferences, workshops, podcasts, and webinars.
- Develop and maintain records of learning and development
activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments,
retraining requirements, and leadership follow-through.
- Deliver engaging and informative professional development
programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Accurately track and report on the Return on Investment (ROI)
and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of learning and development
programs.
- Develop and implement career pathways for employees, including
core competencies, certifications, and associated skill-building
training tools.
- Oversee the tracking and monitoring of the learning and
development budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within budget
guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in human
resources, education, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles, with a
focus on learning and development.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning and
development sessions and workshops.
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create
engaging and effective training materials.
- Willingness to travel to other locations up to 50% of the time,
including occasional overnight stays.Physical Demands:
- This job may have physical requirements that are considered
sedentary work, involving sitting for long periods of time;
occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping; good finger
dexterity; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and
visual acuity; and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Travel to other locations within and outside of Kentucky is
