Job Description:
GENERAL FUNCTION: Attorney for one or more
divisions, subsidiaries, or business lines of the Bancorp
concentrating on the Consumer Bank Regulatory
Monitoring.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for legal matters affecting
the Divisions represented,
including contracts, litigation, transactions, regulatory and legal
research. Provides reporting to management of
Divisions represented and manage on all material matters and
decisions. Act as Affiliate liaison.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
