GENERAL FUNCTION: In partnership with the
Mortgage Leadership team and other key stakeholders, responsible
for driving Retail Mortgage Sales Performance. Partners with
Affiliate Mortgage Managers, Mortgage Fulfillment, Marketing and
other partnerstodesign, develop, and implement innovative sales
programs and consistent processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Provide partnership to team that will execute on initiatives
within Mortgage sales; create a feedback loop to ensure the ability
for the line of business to make adjustments as appropriate and,
identify opportunities for and driveprocessimprovement, efficiency
. Drives our Purchase Culture and exceptional customer experience
through efforts such as One Bank, Cross Sell, and optimizing our
. Builds, maintains and enhances sales tools and strategies
including playbooks, coaching tools and campaigns designed to
optimize the sales process.
. Partners to drive and ensure consistent delivery of Mortgage
Focus and other standardized processes. Continue to re-evaluate and
make improvements in response to business need.
. Identify trends in Mortgage Sales practices and communicate to
appropriate parties to lead change as needed
. Provides input and guidance to create a vision for Mortgage
customer experience that focuses on opportunities for increased
organizational effectiveness while working within Risk
. Act as a liaison with the affiliates or and National LOB ensure a
two-way dialogue resulting in constructive interdependence between
. Maintains an up to date knowledge base to keep current on
existing and emerging issues; applies this knowledge to assist
sales force in growing revenue.
. Analyzes periodic reports to identify trends and recommends
action to react to changes in conditions.
. Provides training and guidance to sales and support numbers as
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No direct reports, but may provide
guidance to other members of the team.
