Job Description:

Mills James is seeking a highly skilled Show Operator with advanced PowerPoint expertise to support live events, virtual events, and internal creative initiatives. This role centers on building, managing, and operating complex presentation content—primarily in PowerPoint—while also contributing to design needs such as event graphics, branding assets, and marketing materials. You will work closely with clients, producers, and production teams, often on site, to prepare, cue, troubleshoot, and operate presentation content in a live event environments. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or four years of relevant experience/training, or an equivalent combination • Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including building, formatting, and managing complex presentations • Experience operating presentations live, including cueing, editing, and adapting content in real time • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Ability to design for digital and print; basic motion graphics knowledge is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a U.S. passport and medical card if required • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Submission of a design portfolio is required Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Operate, cue, and manage PowerPoint and Keynote presentations during live and virtual events • Build, refine, and troubleshoot presentation files to ensure flawless show execution • Collaborate on site with clients, producers, and production teams to adjust content quickly and accurately • Design and integrate graphics for events, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging • Create presentation templates, visual concepts, and supporting content for events and experiences • Set up and tear down assigned equipment at event locations • Organize, archive, and maintain presentation files and design assets • Work efficiently under tight deadlines in a live event environment • Support marketing and internal creative projects, including proposals and branded materials • Identify and resolve technical issues related to presentations or show operation Benefits Mills James offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including: • Anthem ERC Wellness/Health, Guardian dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with company match • Additional voluntary benefits and wellness resources Compensation details: 60000-70000 Yearly Salary PIe90d778aad89-25448-39747236
