Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs
and results, develops new programs and modifies existing
programs.Scope: Applies a depth of expertise to develop and deliver

audiences. Connects content to issues within and external to CCHMC.
Adeptly reinforces key drivers for CCHMC. Leads and mentors others

RESPONSIBILITIESTCI---Training and FacilitationConsults with
clients and organizational stakeholders to develop and implement
workplace learning and talent solutions that are often customized
for the audience.---Program DevelopmentApplies a depth of expertise
to plan, design and develop learning programs, talent programs,
technologies or support systems that facilitate the achievement of
the institution's strategic goals. Collaborates with clients to
develop solutions that meet needs and reflect sound instructional
and adult learning theories.---ConsultationPromotes and provides
guidance, resources and knowledge for professional growth across
the organizational level and in the community. Acts as a champion
by creating a dynamic learning environment and cultivating a
culture of lifelong learning.---Project ManagementManages multiple
projects, defines key deliverables, coordinates and manages to
deadlines and within cost; establishes a set of tasks and
activities associated with an intended outcome and timeline;
ensures actions are performed and/or implemented to achieve the
desired results.---Project LeadershipCompletes projects and
assignments by establishing objectives, creating timelines,
adjusting priorities, managing ad-hoc teams, monitoring progress,
solving problems and presenting findings.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 - 7 years of work experience in a related job
- Currently certified as an instructor for the Therapeutic Crisis
Intervention (TCI) program from Cornell.
- Course development/customization/simulation experience
