Job Description:

I. General Summary: Responsibilities include supporting and coordinating all Service related functions for all TBAGC sites.II. Essential Job Functions: A. Serve as liaison between the Customer and TBAGC sites. B. Compile data relating to all areas of Service to show scores, measurables, and other related information. C. Identify and investigate and countermeasure long term Service related issues that impact our plants and ultimately the customer. D. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for Service processes. E. Assist TBAGC sites with locating Service related data, which is not readily available, and answering questions as needed. F. Research on any Service related issues for PC, Purchasing, IT, Sales, and the Customer if requested. G. Maintain TBA Master Data List for all Service parts. H. Investigate Request for Information Change (RFIC) issues to assist the Plants and Sales in resolution of those issues. I. Gather service requirements and historical data to use in negotiating service strategy with Customers and related TBA departments. J. Support calculation and layout of service areas at TBAGC sites. K. Lead and coordinate service parts transfers between internal and external suppliers. L. Teach and train TBAGC on new processes and service requirements M. Develop and report service parts status to Upper Management. N. Analyze service parts forecast Annual Planning Volume (APV). O. All other duties as assigned. III. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Experience: * Greater than six (6) years of relevant experience required. * Automotive parts production or production control experience preferred. * General working knowledge of TBAGC part information. * Previous exposure to a multicultural office environment preferred.Personal/Technical Skills: * Effective time management skills. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Strong organization and planning skills. * Ability to compile effective and concise visual reports. * Ability to communicate and work well with all levels of the organization. * Capability to multitask, manage diversity, and facilitate problem solving and resolution. * Ability to work through aggressive timelines and schedules to complete tasks. * Flexible mindset to work in multicultural environment. * Strong project management skills. Language Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Computer/Software: * ERP System experience (Oracle preferred). * Ability to utilize the PRMS system. * Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.). IV. Work Environment/Conditions: Office: Open Office Environment, moderate noise level. Plant: Standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise level. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hearing protection, etc. may be required in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial areas. Personal attire standards may apply. Travel: Up to 35%V. Physical Demands: Ability to sit and work on a computer for extensive periods of time is required. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear. The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time. May be occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.
