**Work for a company that truly values you and your growth!!****4, 10hr shifts, Friday, Saturday, Sunday off!**Hourly: $15-17/hr (willing to train)Hours: 1st shift Mon-Thurs: 5:45am-4:30pm (4, 10's). Occasional overtime.Benefits: Medical, dental, 401k match up to 6%, Generous PTO, & Paid Holidays.Responsibilities:--- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills including ability to promptly give and follow directions when working with others--- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed--- Determine quality of parts and materials used in assembly and shipping--- Assemble products by examining routing instructions, manufacturing drawings, part list (bill of material) and identifying proper tools and materials required--- Experience using calipers, tape measure, and basic hand tools--- Gather preassembled containers, wooden containers, or cardboard together --- Prepare items for shipment. May include removing parts from paint racks, pulling finished goods from stock, etc.--- Attach shipping labels on packed pallets or cartons; identify shipping information on goods --- Place items into containers using fillers, spacers, and protective padding --- Properly clock in and out of each job processed via data collection hardware (Start time and stop time). Physically sign off on job routers once work has been completed for applicable work center. --- Maintain clean and safe working environment --- Flexible and dependable. Able to switch work areas instantly if needed--- Track individual and/or company (KPIs) / metrics. Strive for daily improvements--- Other duties as assigned
