Facilities Maintenance Technician I - ($1000.00 Sign-on-Bonus) -

Full-time

Salary: $18 to $22 / hour

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician I who is self -motivated, performance and results driven who will ensure the timely completion of maintenance related actions and projects. This position reports directly to the Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

In a typical week you may:

• Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and maintenance, including:
• Replacement of bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures
• minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits
• Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters
• Minor facilities repair such as;
• minor plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• replace door locks and hardware
• repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture
• Help with installation/repair of equipment
• Drive Company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks e.g. snow removal, material pick up, etc.

  Requirements:
  
  • Have excellent Customer Service
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with CMMS software a plus,
  • Personal Hand tools a plus
  • Can complete required safety classes
  • Must complete a satisfactory background and drug screen
  • Have a Valid Drivers license, and be legally able to operate a motor vehicle
