Job DescriptionMarket leading, multibillion dollar, award winning global consumer packaging company seeks to add an incredibly talented associate to their existing team of exceptional associates focused on the best possibilities for product solutions to their customers and for a cleaner world. This role is a direct hire, permanent position in Mason, OH as a Production Supervisor and is available with a competitive base salary plus annual target bonus, benefit plan to include medical, retirement, paid time off, and if necessary, relocation benefits for selected candidate. This role is an onsite position and cannot be accomplished using remote or hybrid work style.The facility currently operates 7 days a week, 24/7. This position will work 7p-7a with a 2-2-3 rotation. Position summary: Supervising hourly employees engaged in all phases of manufacturing.Serve as a leader in established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practicesDrive plant numbers with focus on process/procedure, controlling critical spend items, and team engagement. Maintain a supportive and productive work atmosphere through professional conduct and effective communication.Typical responsibilities associated with Production Supervisor roles within a manufacturing environment. A full description will be provided during initial screening. The selected candidate must have an undergraduate degree, minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience, and exceptional demonstrated competencies in leadership ability, communication, and a drive for excellence.
