Job DescriptionProduction Supervisor Opportunity!In this key role, the Production Supervisor is the hands-on leader of their department(s) to ensure optimized production. This position manages their department's production schedule, employees, inventory, and cleanliness. Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support the production team and overall organization goals
• Directly responsible for employees in department; managing vacation schedules, T&A, etc.
• Schedule day-to-day assignments and ensures execution of communicated priorities.
• Provide hands-on leadership and training
• Oversee employee training assignments, ensuring training compliance and quality
• Maintain a culture of safety first, then quality, and then productivity.
• Responsible for department cleanliness and organization
• Communicate department needs to Production Manager
• Work cross-functionally with HR, Customer Service, and Sales
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Manager. Production Supervisor Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is required.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, problem-solving and strong communication skills
